WHERE: Middle Finger 5K Packet Pickup, Geneva Lake Front Visitor Center, 35 Lakefront Dr, Geneva.

Tickets are available NOW for $20.00 each. Each bottle is raffled separately, giving you two chances to win.

Once your purchase is complete, you will receive a receipt. Thrive to Survive will complete your raffle ticket and email your raffle ticket numbers directly to you.

All proceeds go directly to Thrive to Survive.

You do not need to be present to win. Proof of age required to pick up prize. Pick up in Geneva only. Thrive to Survive will contact winner directly to arrange for pickup of prize after drawing.
